  This was the worst experience I have had in my 69 years on this earth. On 3/30/2017 at 7:25Pm, I came in to place an order. There was no one in line at the counter and only 3 customers already eating I stood at the counter from 7:25PM until 7:39PM and not one clown you had behind the counter came to wait on me. I finally left and went to Checkers for better service. I will see what Corp. can do about this frachise.

  I sat in line for 20 minutes after I placed my order. When I finally got to the window, my food was cold. I asked the girl at the window if they could remake it and she caught an attitude. Everytime I come here it's horrible

  If you're lucky your order Might be correct 1 in 5 visits. Inside service is nice(still usually wrong), drive-through cashiers (specifically) don't care about either you, the job, life in general, who knows...
